If your paper is not delivered by the agreed deadline and no prior communication has been made, you may request a full refund.

b. Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally make a double payment for the same order, we will promptly issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

c. Failure to Meet Requirements

If the delivered work does not match the initial instructions or requirements and cannot be corrected through revision, a partial or full refund may be issued after review.

d. Pro Paper Deadlines

If a Pro Paper order (rush delivery) is not delivered within the promised time (e.g., 6 hours), you may be entitled to a refund of the additional fee or more depending on the situation.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available under these circumstances:

  • A revision is requested instead of a refund (you can only choose one).

  • The original instructions were unclear or changed after the paper was completed.

  • The client fails to provide necessary information in time.

  • Minor issues that can be resolved through free revisions.

  • Delays caused by technical issues on the user’s side (e.g., email not checked, incorrect email provided).

3. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of paper delivery.

  • Send your request via email to support@[yourdomain].com, including your order number and reason.

  • Our quality assurance team will review your case within 3–5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, you forfeit your right to a refund or future service. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues promptly.
